The following Terms and Conditions shall constitute a Contract of Agreement between you as a participant in the online event Health Freedom Summit.

Shared Details

By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, we will be unable to accept your registration.

The personal information which you provide to Health Freedom Summit will be held by us on a database and, where we have appropriate authorization/consent, may be shared with other entities within our company.

By registering for this event, you are consenting to your contact data to be shared with third parties (event sponsors). You reserve the right to have your contact data not be shared by contacting the event team.

Your personal information may also be shared with government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law. The use that such government entities and regulatory authorities make of your personal information is outside of our control and we do not accept any liability in this regard. At some Events, exhibitors may use lead generation devices. If you choose to allow your badge to be scanned at an event, we may pass the information you provide to third parties.

By registering, or accepting an invitation to attend the event, you may be featured in the official event matchmaking tool. Your name, job title and company will be visible to other attendees, speakers, sponsors, and press. Messages and meeting requests can be sent via the app platform. Contact details will not be shared.

Please note if you are attending as press to any Health Freedom Summit event, your job title, email address, and company will be visible to third parties for marketing purposes.  

Admissions Policy

Health Freedom Summit reserves the right to reject the admission of any individuals who are not deemed to be relevant industry professionals.

By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing, leafleting, unauthorized demonstrations, objectionable behavior, or any activity which may disrupt the Event. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the Event.

All visitors must register in their own name and display a valid visitor badge. Registrants must not allow their badge to be worn by anyone else. Breaching this policy is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being expelled from the event and future events.

Cancellations & Refunds policy

Full refunds cannot be provided. You may be able to transfer your ticket to an alternative event, or to a colleague if you cannot attend the booked event.

In respect of any conference, we reserve the right to vary the content, timetable, location or speakers, or to cancel the event. In such circumstances, we accept no liability for the variation or cancellation, but in the event of a cancellation only, we will provide a credit that can be redeemed as a delegate pass to any future Health Freedom Summit event within a 12-month timeframe.

Force Majeure

Health Freedom Summit shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations, including canceling or rescheduling an event if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or another natural disaster; strikes or labor disputes; terrorist attack, civil unrest or riots, war, the threat of war or other armed conflicts, the imposition of sanctions or embargo; infectious diseases, epidemic or pandemic, biological, nuclear or chemical contamination; any law, action or directive given or taken by a government or public authority; the collapse of the building, accidents, or fire; breakdown of plant or machinery; or the interruption or failure of a utility service (“Force Majeure”).

Health Freedom Summit will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an event for which you have registered is affected by a Force Majeure. Such notice may be given by email (even if you have not signed up for marketing emails) or by a statement published on this website.

If Health Freedom Summit is forced to delay, relocate or cancel an event due to any Force Majeure, no refunds will be given, however, Health Freedom Summit may, at its sole discretion, exchange event tickets for entry to any future Health Freedom Summit event.

Photography, Recording & Video Taping

During the course of the event, certain parts of Health Freedom Summit events may be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. When registering for the show you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. By attending the Event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and Health Freedom Summit is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.

Health & safety / Law

As an attendee of any event by Health Freedom Summit, you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others’ benefit.

Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety, and/or restrictions imposed by the event venue(s) may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.

Privacy

Health Freedom Summit is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This statement outlines our practices in relation to information about yourself, which you submit to us in order to register with Health Freedom Summit exhibitions and use the website.

Health Freedom Summit reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (without notice) and you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that the event is staged.

Health Freedom Summit will at all times comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will hold Your information and use the same solely for the purposes of this agreement or informing You about future events or services that may be of interest to You.

Health Freedom Summit reserves the right to postpone, relocate the venue or alter the times and/or date of the Conference. Such changes shall not affect the validity of this agreement, however Health Freedom Summit shall, as far as is reasonably, ensure that any such changes do not substantially affect your rights.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to the preceding paragraph, the liability of Health Freedom Summit to you (or the organization that employs or engages you) under this agreement in respect of any single Health Freedom Summit event is limited to the total ticket cost paid by you for that event.

You should ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover to meet any liabilities which are excluded by us under this agreement, including (but not limited to) any costs of travelling to and staying at or near the event.

VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT’ and ‘VAT may be charged in addition to the advertised price according to local regulations

Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, oral or written. Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be varied only by a document signed by both parties.
